Configuring your MIS Email Account with Outlook 2003
This assumes that Outlook is configured in Internet Mail Only Mode and Not Corporate/Workgroup Mode, to determine which mode outlook is configured in, Click on Help/About Outlook.
| 1. | Open Outlook 2003. Click on the "Tools" menu and select "Email Accounts". |

| 2. | Select 'Add a new e-mail account,' and click 'Next.' |

| 3. | Choose 'POP3' as your server type by clicking the radio button, and click 'Next.' |

Fill in all necessary fields to include the following information:

| 6. | Click 'More Settings...,' and then click the 'Outgoing Server' tab. |
| 7. | Check the box next to 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication,' and select 'Use same settings as my incoming mail server.' |

| 8. | Click the 'Advanced' tab, and change the Outgoing server (SMTP) entry from 25 to 220. |

| 9. | Click 'OK.' |
| 10. | Click 'Test Account Settings...' After receiving 'Congratulations! All tests completed successfully,' click 'Close.' |
| 11. | Click 'Next,' and then click 'Finish.' |
