Why did I get this message? DON'T DELETE THIS MESSAGE -- FOLDER INTERNAL DATA

This message is placed in your box by an IMAP client. Normally you wouldn't see it, but ywhen you use a pop client and an imap client on the same mailbox, sometimes the imap client will put this message into your mailbox after you downloaded your messages.  You can safely ignore and delete this message.
