For many of our customers, a template is less than what they need and a fully custom site is more. A semi-custom site is the answer. Starting with a web template, we customize the design and the structure to suit the individual needs and taste of the customer.Flexible
Even though templates are the least expensive, many customers feel restricted by the limitations of a fixed design. They can't find a template that is exactly "right". Some are concerned that their site will look like a lot of other sites. (A very minor concern, in our opinion.) The option of customizing a template gives them the flexibility and individuality they are looking for.Economical
A semi-custom site is usually more expensive than a template and usually less than a custom site, but where it falls between those two is up to the individual customer. If you buy an existing home, you may just want to change the paint, carpet, landscaping and cabinets, or you may want to add a room, or even a second story!Sample site
